DANFOSS 100 HP VFD BASED HVAC SYSTEM
IPCS successfully installed 100 HP VFD for AHU panel in HVAC system. The installation of VFD by replacing conventional starters increased the life of motor and reduced the surges in power side. Danfoss VFD of 100 HP delivers correct power and torque to the motor and continuously adjusts the speed of motor according to temperature.
CHILLER PLANT UNIT BY ALLENBRADLEY VFD
We have supplied and installed 4 numbers of 15 HP Allenbradley power flex 40 to our client for the speed control of chiller plant motor. The individual feedback of temperature PID controllers leads to a steady state cooling in the premises.
SIEMENS PLC & SCADA BASED MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM
We have automated the tile manufacturing plant with recipe control from SCADA. We have integrated MOVICON SCADA with Siemens s7 200 PLC and VFDs. The Auto/Manual operation of plant is equipped with bypass system using contactors so that manual operation can be done even if there is no PLC and SCADA. The colour combination of tiles can be set from SCADA and the materials amount can be given from SCADA.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH RUBBER COMPANY
IPCS had obtained order from one of the leading player in Rubber industry for automating the rubber sol manufacturing process. We have completed the working within time limit and providing AMC for the plant.

SIEMENS PLC BASED AUTOMATIC LOAD MANAGER
Integration of automation systems in conventional electrical systems leads to greater system safety and uninterrupted power supply in the grid. Our power management system customized by using HMI and PLC for controlling two 1600 KVA DGs and KSEB lines. The synchronization panel adjusts the supply of generator by adjusting the governor of DG. The DGs are connected to grid according to load requirement. Siemens PLCs controls ABB make ACBs for for each feeder. The double interlock system provides more safety for accidental linking of DG and mains lines.

ALLEN BRADLEY VFD PANEL FOR AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
We are proud to be part of our nations space research operations. In association with major HVAC contractor we have automated the air purification system in Asia’s biggest green room lab at VSSC TVM. The 35HP VFD is programmed to regulate the speed according to the ppm count of dust in room. The power consumption is highly reduced by using the VFD . The highly sophisticated sensors are now free of dust particles and it can result in better accuracy.

The temperature is monitored by RTDs and Atonics make temperature controllers regulate the flow of steam for heating. The 5 stage process leads to gradual increment and decrement of temperature to room temperature within a time limit of one hour.
